July 3rd | 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM | Great Falls Comedy Club

Experience an unforgettable evening where classic rock meets candlelight. Blue Violin transforms iconic anthems like Bohemian Rhapsody, Free Bird, and Thunderstruck into a powerful solo performance featuring live looping, cinematic arrangements, and electrifying violin. July 7th | 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM | Auburn Public Library

Learn how landscaping choices can help reduce tick populations and create a healthier outdoor space at this informative session with the Androscoggin Valley Soil and Water Conservation District at the Auburn Public Library. Explore practical techniques including buffer planting, mowing strategies, native plants, raising chickens, and more to help protect your property from ticks and other pests.

July 8th | 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM | Virtual

Thinking about buying a home? Join Healthy Homeworks and Community Credit Union for this FREE 30-minute virtual session to explore your options, reflect on your goals, and learn if homeownership is right for you. Join the Auburn Public Library for an evening with local authors Jennifer Braunfels and Jen Dupree as they share the stories behind their newest books. Jennifer Braunfels will discuss Everything You Love Ends Up in a Yard Sale, a novel exploring love, loss, and new beginnings, while Jen Dupree shares Slow Motion, a moving memoir about a life-changing friendship with Marcel, a man with cerebral palsy. Enjoy a thoughtful evening of conversation, storytelling, and connection with two local writers.

July 23rd | 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM | Burano’s Wood Fired Pizzeria

Grab a slice and get ready to laugh at Laughs & Slices, a new comedy series bringing live stand-up to Burano’s Wood-Fired Pizzeria in Hallowell. Enjoy a night of delicious food, drinks, and performances from professional comedians from around the region—all in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. Grab your knee-high socks and rally your crew—the Uplift LA Kickball Tournament is back! This one-day tournament features a two-game round robin with playoffs, plenty of friendly competition, and a full day of fun.
